Founded in 2015, Zhejiang Cosme Industry Co., Ltd. is a full-chain cosmetic packaging company specializing in airless bottles, cosmetic bottles, jars, tubes, and customized OEM&ODM projects. With a 15,000-square-meter factory, around 200 employees, advanced molding equipment, printing lines, and mold development capability, Cosme Packaging delivers efficient, reliable, and cost-effective packaging solutions for the cosmetics, daily care, and beverage industries.

Quality Control
We implement full-range quality control for cosmetic bottles. All raw materials pass incoming tests before storage. During injection and blow molding, QC inspects dimension, wall thickness and surface flaws such as bubbles and scratches periodically.
Finished products undergo leakage test and printing adhesion & color check. All inspection records are filed for traceability. Only qualified batches are permitted for shipment.
All raw materials including plastic particles, aluminum materials and accessories undergo strict incoming quality inspection. Unqualified materials are rejected and returned.
During blow molding and injection molding processes, our QC team randomly checks bottle dimension, wall thickness, thread and surface condition to remove items with scratch, bubble or deformation. After printing and assembly, finished cosmetic bottles go through sealing leakage test, color matching and adhesion test of printing ink. All inspection data is recorded for batch traceability. Goods will be approved for delivery only after full QC confirmation.
Sustainability
COSME Packaging is committed to sustainable development through eco-friendly materials, recyclable packaging design, and advanced molding technologies. We use materials such as PET, PETG, PP, PE, PCR, and ocean-recovered plastics, while also exploring biodegradable options like PLA, PHA, PBAT, and straw-based alternatives. By reducing product weight and simplifying recycling, we support greener packaging and the global pursuit of carbon neutrality.
